Dec 2 dawned clear and balmy at -15°F (-26°C), so naturally I had to head out to experience Alaska the way it was meant to be experienced. It had warmed to -10°F (-23°C) by the time I took this self-portrait. If you look closely, you might be able to see the icicles in my moustache.
