Sitka, Alaska

Sunset arrives. It is only 4:17pm, and still 7 weeks to go before the Solstice. The sun will set as early as 3:19 by the time all is said and done. Being further south than Anchorage, the days will still be longer than our days - the sun will rise considerably earlier for them than it will for us. The real factor in the early sunset is that Sitka is much further east than Anchorage, but is still in the same time zone.
